Andro Dunos is a horizontal scrolling arcade game from the shoot ’em up (shmup) family. Developed by Visco and distributed by SNK in 1992 on Neo-Geo MVS and Neo-Geo AES. 28 years have passed since Earth Defense deployed Yellow Cherry and Red Fox to stop the impending invasion of an unknown alien race. 52 light years away, at the edge of our galaxy, the threat has resurfaced and this time it is serious. There’s only one thing to do: dust off the best Earth defense ships ever built and send back the alien scum. It is obvious that these relics of a forgotten war have seen better days and only one ship, the Yellow Cherry, could be saved thanks to parts of the Red Fox, badly damaged during the last war.
