Suikoden: Tierkreis is a RPG video game published by Konami released on March 13, 2009 for the Nintendo DS.
The game begins in the small village of Citro, a peaceful country town in which our hero and his three main friends – Jale, Marica and Liu – learn to use weapons with Dirk, their mentor, whom they consider to be their big brother. That day, Dirk decided to take them with him to fulfill one of the village’s requests, to take care of the “Lagaart”, dangerous little monsters who settled on the hill to the east. Everything seems to be going normally, our young apprentices flaunt their progress to their master, and the mission is heading towards frank success. It is then that unknown monsters of incredible power make their appearance, and the troops find themselves cornered at the bottom of a ruin. While all hope seems lost, the hero discovers an old book, and decides to approach it. A strange phenomenon occurs, and the hero, Jale and Marica glimpse a vision (the combat opening the game). Once restored, they possess powerful powers and manage to defeat monsters easily.
