Dark Savior is a Action / Fighting / Platformer / RPG 2D video game published by SEGA released on 1997 for the SEGA Saturn.
You are Garian, a very famous young bounty hunter, who must escort a very dangerous monster named Bilan aboard a liner bound for Jailer’s Island to imprison him. But the crossing which was already very perilous will turn into a nightmare because of the flight of the creature in question. You are then free to hurry in this level to arrive either: after, during or before Bilan kills the captain of the ship, which will allow you to follow, by this very banal choice, another story. Three different (or parallel) stories are available to you which makes the originality (but not the only one!) Of the game. Personally, I have never found more innovative in terms of scenario, especially embellished by the many twists and turns of the situation and which will bring tears to your eyes (the most moving is, without a doubt, the 1st parallel).
